Pros
I learned a lot of things that more than my job scope. I have a good manager that help me to grow and guide me to handle my job and my colleague. Company organisation is so systematic and clean. Sunway using software for reporting that very easy to understand and easy to deliver to the client as well as for internal reporting. Benefits as the big company is undeniable very great.
Cons
The big company normally a lof of competitor internally as well. Office politic is everywhere so need to choose the right side and be perseverance.
