Pros
As a member of the Solar Outreach Divison enjoyed the work calling on homeowners to consider going solar for their electrical needs while contributing to a greener community. Especially enjoyed working with my coworkers in the team environment with common set of goals.
Cons
No clear path for promotion to a direct sales position.
