Pros

Most of the worker bees on the lower end of the company are solid people and hard workers. They occasionally try to do company sponsored events.

Cons

Anything they promise in the interview phase has a 50/50 chance of being true. There is no communication between departments. You will often be blindsided by something and treated as if it's your fault you can't read minds. Many people in higher positions act very arrogantly towards "downstairs" people. Mandatory overtime is a requirement, despite previously being on a volunteer basis, and if you are given overtime you can't attend you are personally responsible for finding coverage. Pay is not great, to the point that most new hires have been straight out of school teens who mostly screw around instead of working. There isn't a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, particularly if you don't socialize consistently with coworkers.

Pros

Incentives for diligence and rewards for hard work. Excellent benefits. Team-focused. A booming business even in midst of the pandemic. Management innovates and creates new opportunities for both employees & clients. Safe & welcoming environment for all. I am very happy here.

Cons

Pay is on the low-end, but the working environment balances this out.

Pros

Supergraphics is a solid place to gain real-world manufacturing experience while working with some really recognizable brands. The company runs best when Sales, Project Management, and Production are aligned, and seeing how those teams work together gives you a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle. The culture is fast-paced and very hands-on. People are generally supportive, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork when it comes to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Supergraphics is also growing through acquisitions, which has expanded capabilities and opened the door to larger projects and new opportunities. With that growth comes change and challenges, but it’s a good environment for learning, adapting, and building skills across multiple areas of the business.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be demanding at times Growth and acquisitions can bring growing pains, create new challenges, and change can be difficult for anyone.
