Pros
It is remote and only requires 10 hours a week, and you can work with some pretty amazing people. There are a lot of possibilities to learn from others, and directly from the founder, SJ. They also can give assistance if you find yourself in difficult positions, and have a whole catalogue of things to help aide you.
Cons
Project management can sometimes be messy, and you have to be certain you can actually fit it into your schedule, otherwise it won't work for you. Unpaid, so this is best if you're looking for experience or resumé-building. Difficult to juggle if you have two jobs, or have school and a job.
