You might luck out and get a good set of managers and colleagues, but this depends on the store you work in.
Cons
Have to offer a loyalty card and star buys to every customer, with a focus on 'strike rate' as a measure of performance, although this is based entirely on luck because it's how many star buys you sell. The work is repetitive, incredibly boring, and draining.
