      I got different opportunities to work so developed as a whole. Collaborative working colleagues was a great plus as everyone around is of a young age.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
