They have all the people who never worked in IT and building the product. They will treat you as a kooli. 10 developers can finish this work in 10 days. Take 100 developers and release this product today. This is their culture. Most of the developers surviving here are not qualified to be developers. Nothing goes right here. Daily working time is minimum 9 hours. If you start home daily in 9 hours then you will be fired. They want the employees to be in office for night shift along with the day shift too.
