However, we would like to acknowledge your concerns that you raised about the lack of processes and training for your role. At HLM we have implemented a new Learning Management System (LMS) to help support our processes and training. Our leaders and team members are responsible to upholding the information in the LMS. Recently, the feedback we have received is that this system has been a huge win for us and provided support to our team in all things training! We also take your feedback regarding the management team's communication and work-life balance seriously. Gossip and inconsistent management practices are not reflective of our values or the culture we aim to foster. We will address these concerns internally to ensure a more supportive and professional environment for our team. Additionally, we are continuously evaluating our workload distribution and communication practices to align with our commitment to a work-life balance. We appreciate your candid feedback as it is helpful to identify areas where we can improve and grow as an organization.
