Extensive use of social media for marketing.
Cons
There are many things not working for this company but the top would be leadership. Leadership lacks vision and authenticity. Perception is reality and that's where publishing articles and speaking at events provides a platform to get their name out there. The products are not robust and claim to have so many but reality is that most products have not moved past the development phase. The only way to be successful is to be a 'yes' man and have some ties to the CEO.
