Pros
Flexible schedule, decent ability to have relationship with management, small company enabling more intimate relationships with coworkers, friendly environment.
Cons
Promote from outside inside of inside company. Many employees have worked there for years without a raise. NO BENEFITS such as 401K, retirement fund, education reimbursement, pay for cell phone (that are used for work/clients), health insurance extremely high and not affordable. Little help with schedule and/or no shows, recent increase in unit requirements without additional pay, etc.
