Pros

Training was long and thorough. Fairly easy job.

Cons

After training, people were less likely to answer your questions. Everything was done over chat and you couldn’t get in touch with management when you needed.

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
