Cons
The general approach to the employees is "soviet kindergarten-like". They'll treat you like you are more of a stupid small child that cannot survive without supervision rather than an adult professional. The top management has trust issues along with self-esteem issues. Pay raise is hilarious, as well as bonuses and you need to push very hard to get some.
