Pros

I really do not think that there are any pros for this thing of a company. I am not even sure if I can call them a company. More like a dollar store.

Cons

They do not offer a laptop for remote work you are supposed to have your own and that's something that a very cheap company would do. All they care about is making money off of people and making them work 9 hours a day 5 days a week, and unfortunately, break time is not paid. No such thing as a performance evaluation exists for them I think, they just do not care. All they care about is their pockets and checking when you logged in to the system so if ur late for an hour they can add extra fees which consist of literally 80% of your daily pay. There are very limited vacation and sick days. The training was horrific, they have no idea what they are doing. Communication with the management - terrible. Health insurance - NO Any benefits - NO The only thing this company will give you is insomnia and additional mental health issues. Please please please, if you love yourself DO NOT work for this company. It's just a waste of your energy and your time. Instead, try looking for a different company that will actually give you some professional development and learning something new opportunities there are others much better than this cheap dollar store one.

Pros

It offers a basic salary.

Cons

1. After your employed, if your not in the country of employment. You get paid a lot less than what you would usually get, if you were. 2. Realistically, you can work overtime but not be compensated at the desired rate. 3. As the contractor, the company does not see you as a direct employee 4. There are no growth opportunities besides small courses, that you can find on your own. 5. Working hours can be horrendous and without consideration for your time outside of work. 6. There is no clear trust between you and the company. If a client raises concern. In other words the client is always prioritized above your duties or supposedly well-being
