      Sometimes too much to do, good only for people who are self disciplined and are not afraid of an ever changing environment.

      Mostly flexible with unlimited PTO and possibility of working with a good team

      Cons

      They recently changed the structure so that everyone has nearly double the workload they had. No coverage when you take time off.
