Not a bad company to work for - Behavior Technician Supportive Care ABA Employee Review

There are currently no cons.

- They pitch you different Clients to work with in-home - Pay pretty well compared to other companies - If you get a great client / family you are golden - I have a great Supervisor / BCBA - Monthly online meeting isn't too bad (1 hr)

- Sometimes it is hard to correct scheduling because you can't do it directly - Really don't like that I don't think that they have equipment to use for your sessions. I think you need to use your own. I use my own tablet to record stuff. I don't like taking that risk especially when other companies pay for tablets and iPads. - Pay is Bi Weekly (not a huge deal but I like weekly) - Because everything is online you don't really form relationships with other RBT's - Not very strict with showing your camera for monthly check in meetings
