Pros
Culture is amazing. Our shared purpose is strong. The team is so fun - and we are encouraged to have fun! At the same time, people work hard and produce incredible work that I'm proud of. Great benefits - including generous 401(k) match and health insurance. The leadership encourages people to dream big and then create! Very little red tape!
Cons
We work hard - but I'm proud of that, it is for a shared purpose, and then I make up for it at other times. It all evens out!
Pros
Great culture Great communication from Leadership Personal Growth and Development opportunities are available
Cons
We are always busy, no down season.
Pros
- Used to be open-minded and innovative. - Used to have a nice relaxed environment. - Used to have good policies for management staying in touch with workers.
Cons
- Management is not on the same page and gives inconsistent messaging. - Management does not receive constructive criticism at all. Only tell them what they want to hear. - Upper management does not listen to concerns (or anything really) from workers. Middle management is vindictive and insecure. - Management often makes disparaging political and religious comments. - No clear paths for career progression. - Many of their reviews, job postings, etc. are misleading or outright lies. - Management highly values outward appearance of the company (Best Place to Work survey) over reality. They do everything they can short of paying employees for good reviews. - Benefits such as health care, work from home policies, parental leave, basic vacation are all regressive. - Made up "value" system pushed onto employees but ignored for management. - Little to no diversity (non-white or non-males are definitely treated differently). - Accounting can make costly errors with paychecks (possibly illegal). - New hires make more than long time employees. - NO bonuses at all. Ever. - Took government handouts and cut employee salaries during Covid, all while profits went up.
