Pros

1. Ethics Committee- Employees are protected against unprofessional practices. Each employee has the right to report to the Ethics Committee of any bullying, any type of harassment, unprofessional work communications, untoward incidences that would jeopardize the personality of each employees. They see to it that each employee are given respect and treatment by each and everyone in the organization. 2. Best Healthcare benefits- Being an expat needs secured healthcare benefits. Supreme is one of the organizations that offer this outstanding healthcare benefits that includes everything that an expat could ever had working in a foreign land. 3. Good compensation package- Each employee is given fair compensation packages depending on the type of work he/she performs. It is usually above the usual salary standard working in UAE. 4. Peronal Development- Gave a series of programs for each employees to further progress on their development as a whole.

Cons

1. Bonus- Supreme should provide fair bonus distribution not only to certain employees in the organization but to all employees working from the ranks up to the upper management. Providing bonus is somewhat a motivation to all employees to work an extra mile or a way to motivate them working more for the company. This should not only be given to a few but to all who have given significant contributions to what the company has become.

Pros

Was once a leading player in supply chain solutions to government entities, but ran afoul for overcharging its clients

Cons

This is an unethical, deceitful, grossly incompetent, arrogant and stingy organization that has robbed the American tax payers of billions of dollars, as has been proven by their $400 million + settlement with the US Government
