Pros

We as humans need to eat...American's have lost there ideals and where our food comes from and where/and what "we"should be doing about it. Shirley has given the tools - so now let's cook?!?!?!?

Cons

Where do I begin.... the people of America are constantly looking and trying to make their lives better but are limited by what we can buy.....I say this only because we as Americans are dumped on by serious "crap" that is not good for us or not what we really should be eating. We all go to the "Store" and buy these items that are believed to be healthy but anyway.....(I need to get back to work).......sorry....

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
