Pros

Free food, flexible hours, learn a lot from chefs/classes, fun job overall, cool staff. Great part time job if you are going to school or have some other job.

Cons

Washing dishes 80% of the time, smell after shift, called off a lot, treated as lower than chef, minimum wage, a lot of cleaning but not a lot of actual cooking

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
