Pros

Work with talented chefs try interesting food good employee discounts availability "can" be very flexible

Cons

Pay is minimum wage with very small pay increases schedule is either abysmally low or decent and not consistent high turnover on employees making it very understaffed staffing for shifts is inconsistent to bad chefs frequently shirk responsibilities

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
