      Pros

      I can't think of any other than you can somewhat gain "lab experience" though laughable.

      Cons

      -They won't work with accommodating persons with disabilities. -I got manhandled by another employee on my second day. -No fire alarm systems in the building. You rely on air horns to sound off if you see or smell something burning.

      Family Friendly and Team Focused Very focused on quality and care for customers and staff Very different approach to service than I had doing tech support before Learned about many different types of systems and deployments

      Cons

      Can be hectic and some large projects are not as well organized as they should be The owners focus only on cloud computing and instead of onsite servers where I get to see customers more
