The best pro is since this place gives you a lot of stress you will learn stress management
Cons
They are a cabal of crooks busy with profit making and no basic morality. The management works on commission and just wants to get the work done. They would often over commit with clients and then pressurize employees to deliver. There is no work ethics and no role clarity. Some guy hired for improving operational efficiency pokes into work of every individual and gives instructions other than that given by the line manager. Even the line manager isn't sure who is the person in charge. The management is busy making money with no respect given to work load and factory capacity. They should be sued for deceit.
