Health plan paid at 90%. That's all the pros I can identify about this "organization".
Cons
Too many too list. Underdeveloped administrators given excessive amounts of power, even with no background in healthcare management. That in-turn causes great duress to staff which rely on leadership to provide accurate answers which they are unable to do. The "leadership training" is so focused on the bottom line they miss the mark on critical areas that impact staff morale, EEO rights, functional human resource processes and they do not clearly define an hierarchy for concerns. I have never seen an entire center have such significant disgust for an administrator, yet have no forum to report the issues. The admin has been given such an inappropriate amount of authority, abusing it daily, causing angst and fear for job loss. It is an unhealthy environment and will continue to create turnover until corrected.
