Pros
The benefit package this company has to offer is like no other. I've never come across a company who spends so much money on benefits for their employees like this one. The CEO is the most approachable and down to Earth boss I've ever had and management is extremely accommodating to the employee's requests. As a matter of fact, it is that "laid back" attitude that has caused some employees to get too comfortable and under produce. The same people who don't feel are recognized or praised are the same ones who put zero effort. Bottom line is this, in a company with less than 20 on site employees, if you work hard and show initiave, creative thought process, and an effort to bring your best to the table, you WILL be recognized. But entitlement, complaining and whining without any contributions, will get you nowhere at Surgeons Advisor. I think most employees take for granted the flexibility of upper management and super low stress environment of the company. I couldn't be happier working there. I truly believe that a company is a product of its employees and once SA acquires more hard working individuals dedicated to the company's growth, the company and those individuals who helped achieved that will all be in a better place.
Cons
Not enough structure company wide. Still in the process of figuring out what works and implementing that company wide.
