      Pros

      Only work nights. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Have to take quizzes to receive tips. Very fast paced with no understanding for new employees. Managers / owner snaps at people. People get yelled at. You do a lot more than what a host does. Don’t get free food not anything except drinks?!?

      Pros

      $14 an hour + good tips Reasonable shifts, 5-6 hours Side work is reasonable Management/owners are hard working and keep restaurant in top shape

      Cons

      Need to memorize almost entire menu to start receiving tips Owner can be picky and is very watchful No shift meal or discount on food

      Co-workers are friendly Tips and minimum wage earned Staff is given free food at end of shift (sometimes) Customers are kind-hearted and often praise servers for their attentive service

      Difficult to communicate effectively with management Server does multiple jobs Schedule often changes
