Pros
The workplace culture, colleagues, and company values were aligned with my interests. There was ample room for growth, depending on the department/team. Employee exchange programmes allow for experiencing different offices.
Cons
A high-turnover rate does make cohesion with team members rather difficult. Upper-tier management was somewhat out-of-touch with the goings-on of smaller teams throughout the organisation.
