No work-life balance, low salaries, very toxic work culture throughout the company, no accountability of (senior) managers, intransparent and shady promotion practices, not living up to own ESG standards (hypocrisy). This company is full of bad apples and has a very toxic culture as management/HR is not addressing bullying or even racism in their management. Majority of kind and mission-driven people are leaving and finding better work-places, leaving behind selfish, incapable, power hungry people.
