Pros
Teamwork and collaboration. The upper management approached the workers in the distribution center with a "how was your weekend" mentality, but the professionalism was never at stake. Each person in the office strived to meet goals and set new standards daily. Employees gain bonuses based on the overall performance of the company, and are more than willing to lend a hand.
Cons
Being a distribution center, there is not a whole lot of glamor. It is hardly a downside, but there is not much opportunity to get out of the office and meet people. This probably benefitted the culture, but I was looking for a job with more face time with clients.
