-Ideation, planning and execution revolves around one person. Middle management is focused on getting something done because the CEO said so.
-The "seniors" lack empathy and EQ! They do not know how to talk in a dignified manner let alone in a professional setting.
-Seniors have very one dimensional knowledge. They consider themselves experts of the subject matters they know nothing about.
-Rather than providing guidance and technical discussion everyone in the middle management is focused on playing the blame game
-CEO wants to do good work but unfortunately he's surrounded by buch of incompetent bootlickers who do their work just for sake of doing it
-No professionalism. Structured approaches and channels are waived off since they're thought to be corporate practices and not startup culture.
-Everyone here has no understanding of boundaries. A no is treated as betrayal and revolt. People here fail to understand that we employees are humans and humans have personal life
-Deadlines are forcefully imposed without actually discussing with the team or the individual
