Everything. Did go to college to be required to wear a gas station uniform complete with your FULL name, first & last on display ? Most of the employees prior experience is Applebees, or Wal-Mart. All unskilled and iuneducated. All employees know they ate expendablevand your last day can bevtodsy. Pay is miserable. Overtime is mandatory with penalties for not work in it. The Idiot supervisors they keep for very short times ate stupid. immature and habe no experience with people. Racism and sexism run very deep from the CEO on down. If you're not white or male them don't bother applying. Even if you do get hired you'll never be promoted. HR is incompetent and composed of former typists. Pay is poor and time off is highly restricted. Most emoyees OWE money when they wisely depart. You have been warned ! Do not even think of working at Swagelok. Better opportunities abound everywhere else. The buffoons who stagnate rewarded by how much petty gossip try can report on each other. Stay out of it. We all know what gossip does and it is never good. The invpmeyeny shift managers believe all gossip without question and unfairly penalize people stupid enough to stay. Shift managers are complete incompetents and belong at Burger King. . You have been WARNED. Stay away at all cost. DO NOT work at Swagelok. Don't learn the hard way.
