They try real hard to get their associates to feel Swagelok is the best employer in the area, they want that reputation badly so they give a lot of freebies.
Cons
Loud and stinky plants. Lawyers control the discipline. Supervisors don't get much backing. Cult like atmosphere. Employee cliques, you better be liked or your not going to last long.
