      Job security That's about it

      Cons

      If you work in the support side - you do not matter to upper management. Your opinion does not matter and you will not be paid nearly as much as you would in the private sector. Upper management is bursting at the seams and constantly giving conflicting instructions. You do not feel valued or listened to. You will not receive any training.

      Continued ske and cpd encouraged across the trust

      Cons

      Blanket policies across the trust do not work Sharing best practice across across is attempted but ineffective. Employee benefits package is terrible.
