Pros
Engaging with customers was the best bit - other than that, there's nothing.
Cons
It's easier to just bullet point the cons:
- Bullied by colleagues and management
- Minimum pay
- More responsibility and no pay rise (pretty much management level)
- No staff moral, no job reviews, encouragements, awards etc...
- Staff encouraged to work against rather than with each other
- Minimum holiday entitlement and holidays rarely accepted
There's more but remembering it is a bit depressing.
