Pros
A lot of flexibility, trust and autonomy. Fully remote. Benefits (33+ PTO, learning budget, work-from-home budget, coworking budget). A very diverse team with people who actually care about each other and want to spend time together. Good growth opportunities depending on the teams. Great culture and leadership actually cares and listen to improve.
Cons
It's a fast-paced startup environment, so if you're not comfortable with constant change, ambiguity, or challenges, it might not be the right fit for you. On the other hand, if you do join, you may find it surprisingly hard to picture yourself working somewhere else. Even when it's time to leave for personal growth or a new challenge, you know exactly what you'd be giving up, while the unknown of what's next can be difficult to compare. That's a testament to the culture and the people you'll be surrounded by.
