Pros
Amazing product, low stress, interesting client base, beautiful Stores. Lots of Independence for the most part. Usually small teams leading a store.
Cons
Part time hours can be limited during non peak seasons, working holidays, etc. Store associates may not work with a large team, so you might be on the floor by yourself.
