A lot of down time Not very organized Sale changes are a nightmare everything is very pricey and customers are easily angered Management expects you to deny Re-sellers, but they are actually one of the outlets greatest sources of income and they know it

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
