Pros
Good discount. Great experience if your new to jewellery/luxury goods industry. Lovely sales team. Fast paced environment.
Cons
Working weekends/Christmas/bank holidays etc. Be prepared if your a senior sales at a concession with a manager at another store. I felt I usually took on responsibility’s that really should of been dealt with by management. No commission oppertunitys. Sometimes targets set for yourself or the store can be difficult to achieve or unrealistic.
