We are proud, that as part of our compensation program, we offer a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our PT employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. We also are proud to offer a generous employee discount, the discount along with our retail employee allotment are two of the most revered benefits among our retail employees. As for your concerns about long hours, we understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business.
