Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “Great People - Competitive Pay - Great Product”. However as for your “Cons” honestly, we are equally thrilled to read these comments as well, as only with constructive and honest feedback can we work together to improve our company and our work place. At Swarovski we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of upper management or HR to make sure their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter, as only with constructive feedback from our current and former employees as well as our customers can we improve and remain relevant in today’s everchanging world. Please be assured your review and comment “Restructuring - Heavy work load - Very old office” will be shared with cooperate HR and Upper management and investigated. But to be honest at this time we can not really address the old office, but we can and will look into the workload and work life balance of our staff in our Canada office. As for the restructuring, please note this is implemented to keep the company posed for future growth and any impacted employees are taken care of and treated with the upmost respect, as we do not take restructures or layoffs lightly. Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
