Pros

- 6.6 weeks holiday - above average pay, especially for a part time role - great staff and team (may just be this location) - Great staff discount - interesting training and products

Cons

- area managers can be rubbish - new reshuffle has meant that a very profitable area is stuck with an incompetent manager. - customers can be horrendous - new rebrand has meant that jewellery is unaffordable even with discount

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
