      Bad environment - Sales Assistant Swarovski Employee Review

      Pros

      The company gave a very good monthly salary, plus bonus in Christmas time was also very pleasant. Sometimes we wouls get a gift from the company.

      Cons

      Extense working hours, sometimes with ilegal shifts in between. They would prefer you to work 12 hours a day, sometimes not having anyone with you wich limited your bathroom or meal break. They had this policy where they would not contract more than 4 people for each store, so you can imagine what holidays or vacations would be like.

      Pros

      The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

      Cons

      Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
