Pros

Learned how to cross-sell, create meaningful relationships with customers, great team at my store, no physically challenging job duties

Cons

District management at my location wasn't the best, I don't know what other districts' management looks like. The turnover rate was high, throughout 5 months working there I had four managers and 6 employees quit. No commission, unless the monthly goal was met a small percentage is given. Turn over rate was high

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
