Pros

There are always new product introductions, which is exciting

Cons

No tools to be successful. Payroll is below functioning levels, and theft is high and they’re surprised. They don’t give managers the tools to be successful. Free MSO? Really? Pay for a real version. If there is a corner to cut, they do so at the expense of the field.

Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
