The current state of upper management at Swarovski in London is not a place to be at the moment. Unnecessary rules in place in each store. Especially working in the Oxford Street flagship store, management is more out there to discipline you over helping, so good luck working comfortably there. Any small issue that can come up will lead to a full blown investigation and recorded meeting which is out of order and you’re almost treated as a criminal in these meetings.
