Pros

the products are nice, but that's pretty much it. Also, it's nice to be working at a company with a brand name that people recognize. It gives you more credibility.

Cons

the management sucks, the work environment is not good, communication and potential for growth is lacking, overall bad experience Work life balance is out of whack.
