People are nice and professional. It's healthy.

Could do more events for greater team building.

Not really many pros to this place that come to mind.

Ugh! where do I start... The management here is so bad it is a shame. They have zero respect for any employees regardless of tenure, and they are very cheap. They will let good and experienced people go to save a buck and then replace them with people who are not experienced or qualified so they can pay them less. The management will yell at all other employees regardless of age or tenure. The major problem arises from the fact that all professional business people were let go outside of an HR manager who is the brightest part about this place. The managing attorneys try to run things when they should be focusing on their own work. The company is losing business and going down at a solid pace. The only good part about this company is their HR manager and a handful of people who are very friendly and professional.
