Swash has all the facility what you may not find any MNC organization. But it is blamed for salary issue, I have been working here since last 6 months, what i found , swash has salary issue previously but last 6 months it has solved purely. So its a tremendous environment for work here. If we talk about technology this company is on of the best company in India for adopting latest and licensed tools and technology. One person can make his career bright and advanced here. I personally recommended join here and built your future.

I found swash is very serious about time. If one person has late for 1 min. it treats as one late coming.

The only plus point of Swash Convergence is Infrastructure. The infrastructure of Swash Convergence is better than other local software companies in Bhubaneswar.

1. In Swash Convergence there is highest attrition rate i have ever seen or heard in any organisation. Almost 95% of the team has left in one year of time span due to serious HR issues and significant delay (6-8 months) in payment of monthly salaries. It is surprising that the salaries are paid in cash instead of being credited into employees bank accounts or through cheque. This year almost 40 % of the employees were not paid salaries for 3-4 months and were terminated on account of frivolous reasons. 2. Not at all a policy or process driven organisation. It's a one man show. 3. There is absolute lack of technical competence. The only thing they are highlighting is partnership with Microsoft.
