      The people are nice and good teamwork

      Cons

      Horrible conditions. Sometimes the bathroom works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the internet goes down so you get sent home without pay.

      Left alone to do your job for the most part. Micro managing doesn't happen until you start messing up.
