Pros
Team work is a word they heavily live by. We are here to help one another both professionally and personally. Co-workers become friends and some of those friends become family. Some of the best programs which allows for better organization and productivity. Management is always willing to hear employee opinions on how to better the company.
Cons
Lack of cleanliness and insufficient supplies. Restrooms are either not clean or dont have toilet paper, toilet seat covers or hand soap. Printers are rarely restocked with toner or paper. Kitchen area smells and microwaves are rarely cleaned.
