Unless you are part of the inner circle (boys club) advancement opportunities are non existent. The fact that unless a woman applies and selected to go through the Professional Women Rising workshop career growth is impossible. Just the fact that this exist says that the executives in this boys club think unless women have more additional training than their male counterparts women can’t be as effective leaders as men.
